They are incapable of communicating to the customer if there is cancellations.There is no value for online booking ,not sure why many hotels preferring cash than online/cards transactions.

Booked a very cheap room but there was no hotel at the address shown on my booking. Instead, there is this one hotel called "Suvarna Comfort" around the corner, which charged double. They say Compact got recently closed, but I think it's done like that so that people end up staying there. The rooms were depressing and the staff shady, so of course I didn't stay. Tricky, tricky.

I booked 2 a/c rooms on suvarna compact.But they given only 1 non -ac room for the same price. I had a very bad experience with this hotel.i suggest who are visit Mysore better to avoid this hotel.

Very bad experience. We had booked dorm, out of20 beds only 6 bed were provided. Our students slept outside on terrace. Not at all recommended.

They are very cheat to the customers.Better to ignore this hotel who are visit Mysore.
