On the Pros...1) Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. 2) Located in a very good locality and you can reach any part of Mysore using the ring road. 3) There is Reliance Fresh at the ground floor for your quick needs. 4) Breakfast served was good (it is sourced from Hotel Suvarna Bhavan located nearby ) 5) Ample Car parking space in the cellar. 6) Service staff are courteous and quickly attend to your needs. On the Cons...1) The bed-sheets and towels appear have some bad odor . They need to be washed and died properly. During out stay we had the replace the same with the help of service staff. 2) The exhaust fans are missing in bathrooms(which are spacious). so it takes lot of time for them to become dry

Room is okay but when comes to cleaniness we shouldn't even expect from Survarna group. Let it be Survarna suits or Suvarna residency - both are equally pathetic. All lodges and hotel near to convention centers are minting money and doesn't accept bookings through make my trip or Oyo. If by chance you have booked through Oyo - all of them will provide free service to customer care get transfer. Absolutely loot of money and disgraded hospitality
