My experience was super bad with this hotel. Those who know take hotels often, they'd surely dislike this. Ofcourse they are polite as mentioned by other guest since they dont know service! I had to leave the hotel at late night since basic hygiene was not maintained. All the best who is going to stay in this hotel.

We had a group of 25 people coming from New Delhi.nThey arranged everything for us which we demanded.nStayed there for 4 days.nThe staff is very supportive especially Deva dixit ji. Felt like family.nThe owner Pawan ji is a very humble and down to earth person. Gifted our guests souvenirs.nThey have rooms with finest bathrooms and bedrooms. Moreover the location of hotel makes it easily reachable.nStaff was very supportive and take every inch of care of my guests.nWe are definitely going there again when we'll get time.

The hotel is wonderful with every facilities needed by a person. We had a 3 night stay and we were facilitated by the staff members by the all possible methods. We loved there enthusiasm for guiding the tourists to have a wonderful stay.

Dear allnthose who wish to visit chitrakoot.. Do not go as per pic they shown on internet... Stay on footpath far better than this so called heritaze hotel. Worst experience of my life . I booked it for four days ,after two days they noticed me to vacate the room as they got a party booking, also closed the small canteen it has to compell all guest to vacate room.nStaff behavior rude.. Bathroom new but stinky .nNo facility what they claimed on website.nI m giving it one star because cant give below that

This hotel is very nice. I had 4 night stay and had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and the staff is always ready to help us.
