Okhla Bird Sanctuary

Beautiful and serene place to enjoy the river bank side. There are lots of places where you can sit in a machan or benches. Place is relatively clean, but there is still litter around.nThere are e-rickshaws which run in the premises for people who are unable to walk much.nNice spot for picnic ☺ufe0f with family and friends.nPlease be considerate of the fauna and birds there and don't feed them anything.nPlease wear masks at all times.

Early morning breeze is a good option and its free before 07:00 AM for early walkers else its 20/- rupees per person.nnNo vehicle is allowed inside the sanctuary and its a good option to walk for kilometers with your friends & loved ones with enough sitting place for visitors.nnBoth sides of the walking path is covered with trees which help to keep the road shady and prevent from direct sunlight.nnAdequate place for photoshoot & peace lovers.nnOnly thing that this place lacks is No Facility of Washrooms for the Public.

So much greenery, a beauty in the midst of the city, i can't start explaining how beautiful and most important peaceful it was. It gives a 360 degree view from the view point. You can see various species of birds which you may have never seen earlier.

This is a good place for one time visit with family, once u reached u will be amaze to see the place, as it looks unbelievable that this kind of place is in nearby Delhi NCR. It's very scenic and beautiful place. But U may got tired of decided to go on walk, so I will suggest you to take ride which is available inside on charge. But if talking about types of Bird available here then place is so and so.
