The Park Hotel

Nobody should stay in this horrible of a hotel. This place is in shams.nn1. The room was dirty even after their assurance of the rooms being cleaned and disinfected and sanitized. They're working on 100% occupancy but low on staff.nn2. Service is extremely slow. We called the reception to housekeeping and nobody answered for at least half an hour. We asked for water and waited for one hour. After one hour, when we called, the person informed us that the water will be chargeable. I don't know why he couldn't bring the water and tell us that.nn3. We had to go down to the reception to ask for ice since nobody bothered to answer calls. And then, the receptionist didn't have the decency to even seem apologetic. Expecting an apology seemed too far fetched at this point.nnHorrible experience. Nobody should stay here if you wish to unwind and have a good time. From the dirty rooms to the behaviour, it's terrible.nnBut, I would like to add that the lower rung staff are very helpful. But they can only do so much! The hotel management is responsible for such a terrible experience.nnP.S. would have given zero stars if possible.

Nice location. Good night life. Reception, Restaurant, house keeping and In room dinning staff are polite and efficient. Would like to visit it again and again. They could improve upon wooden panelling of corridors.

Always had comfortable stay here. People of all departments...in room dining, transport, laundry....are very professional.nLocation is too good - Whether you are here on a holiday or business.nBelieve me, the staff can kinda pamper you!nYeh, the front desk puts you off sometimes. Be ready to wait at the front desk.
