Old structure with decent maintenance. Situated at the prime location. Accessible by taxi, bus and metro. Pricing is a bit high though. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Washrooms not maintained well. Overall not bad.

In terms of architecture it was interesting to stay in those old British designed building. But not really that well managed property. No arrangement for tea or coffee. If you ask the staff for some help they just refuse . Even no laundry. Had to wait for 2 hrs for just one shirt to be ironed! I guess for the same price you can get better options !

Only service staffs are good, you can enjoy old style building.nPower plugs are not working.nNo iron board.nI requested them around 10 AM for more 1 hours stay ~ 1PM, reception’s person told me ok, but when my little one slept I got a call from them at 11.40 PM that If will not check out before 12 PM they are going to charge me half day,, I am ok but should have told me earlier. I stayed twice because its near to my work thats it. Good luck!!

1 min. walking from Rabindra Sadan Metro-Rail, at the crossing of Exide More, Very old construction of British era. Rooms are very large with minimum facilities. Foods are good but costly. Staffs are not very helpful.

It's a heritage hotel in Kolkata. It surely needs a lot of maintaining work. The rooms are huge but the furnitures are basic. If you looking for experience stay there.
