5mins from the mall, darjeeling. The rooms in the front side have great view.

Most horrible hotel ever i have seen.nRoom size very very small that they said it's largest room in this hotel.nRoom service also horrible.nEven hotel location also not good.nNot suitable for family.

Horrible service and quality if hotel. Hectic to reach mall road.

This is the worst hotel I never stayed earlier. Worst kitchen and dining room. No ventilation. No water provided for even lavatory in the early morning. Staff are not cooperative. They failed to provide water and don't bother for their failure. Very far from road and no transportation available. Room is o.k.

Hotel is good but the road was towards down and bit difficult every time to climb. Staff behavior is good & supporting. In the winters rooms are really cold and the heater are not working in the rooms.
