Very average..other than location nothing is ।impressive.. We had to change the room thrice..only saving grace was the housekeeping guy who served us..nOtherwise they tried to overcharge. Construction work going on so it was too noisy during daytime. Room rent with Breakfast is higher you get a very average spread..

Food was amazing and so was the ambience. This place saved us during the pujo when every other place in kolkata was absolutely crowded. The service was excellent as well.

Good place to stay in budget hotels with all clean and medium size rooms. Well maintained hotel. The location is very good for new travelers in kolkata. Easy access to any kind of transport just from the hotel gate. Nearest metro sation is NETAJI BHAVAN whin 2 km distance. Breakfast is good .

My stay was for attending a friend's marriage function. The stuffs r really friendly and cooperative. Cuisines in Pepper Chino is really delicious. But I must say they have the best cocktail artist in town. Rooms are well maintained n clean. Provided with lockers , u can keep ur valuable items safe.
