Novotel Kolkata - Hotel & Residences

The ambience and setup of the entire hotel is great. You get the perfect greetings as you enter the hotel. Nice parking space, vallet parking is available, hospitable staffs and respectable people. The food could have been a bit better, in respect to taste. Varieties and the list of food is great and one can easily be spoilt for choices. Priece is on the higher side but definately a recommendation for people comming from outside India or for people travelling on business trips.

Went with my girlfriend for her birthday, for a crazy upgrade at 900rs and got a apartment room.nService is amazing , food is good and staff very professionalnnOne side note: at the square the waiters were clueless what menu is for the breakfast package booking and I ordered 3 times and 3 different staff had 3 different answersnI think it’s a basic competency that a staff knows what’s in the breakfast package menu.nEnded up eating American breakfast without any charge which was funny as the first waiter said it’s chargeablenOtherwise rooms are amazing!

Quarantine food served was beyond expectations

Appreciate the re opening of the brunch by Novotel Kolkata today amidst the prevailing pandemic. The hygiene and social distancing maintained by them is worth mentioning. Buffet was well organised. Novotel Kolkata is one of the best places to stay. The apartment where we were was very comfortable neat and clean. The staffs of the hotel were very cordial behaviour and never made us feel that we were away from home. Talking about food it was wonderful. It’s a place of food lovers. The ambiance is very pleasant and soothing. Pandemic did not hamper their treatment to us. I will definitely visit more than once in future.
