Worst experience ever which was not expected at a place like this.n1. Table was cleaned by just water.n2. The waiter serving food was not wearing mask.n3. The food served was not fresh and later it was accepted by the chef and the dish was replaced by another one.n4. Tables were placed very close to each other.n5. Cutlery were not sanitized.n6. Hooka which was ordered took 25 mins to come.n7. It took 15 mins for a person to come and take out orders.nOverall a very bad experience and I won't recommend anyone to visit this place. There are many good place in Kolkata who can offer you better service and food.

Good ambience, but a bit pricy with respect to wedding catering

One of the worst hotels in the entire world i have ever visited they say its a 5 star hotel but it doesn't deserve a 1 star rating they have no idea of what they are doing call it food , hospitality , anything heavily overpriced food and quantity is just peanuts against the prices for e.g a naan costs around Rs.90 and the size is like a puri , without even ordering the waiters will stick you drinking water bottle worth Rs.275 ,now coming to the stay part the bathroom have a very peculiar bath fittings and no tap when asked for bucket they said we don't have buckets in 5 star hotel the bathroom doors have no locks specially room.19 23 the restaurant staff asked for Rs.1500 per person just to enter the restaurant at night if we want to have dinner after calling the reception staff that we are staying they allowed us to have dinner that was totally insulting altair doesn't know hospitality first learn hospitality then do buisness really disappointing won't come there ever again and won't suggest to anyone
