Ambuja Neotia Vista - Kolkata

I'm very much disappointed with this place. Went there to have a dinner with friends. All of us do not drink alcohol, so we ordered various foods (overpriced a lot but we went knowing the price, no complaints about that) but surprisingly to us, the behaviour of waiters were strange.. low attention to serving foods in this beautiful place were very much surprising to us. Not recommended if you are going enjoy food. Ambience is pretty nice.

Worst experience ever. I really don't know how they got 5* tag. So so dirty cups, encient sugar, sugar free, coffee packs.nMore than that we haven't received our payment invoice after 3 days. We are reminding them again and again. But we are not receiving. We left the place in between 4-5 hours but there is no check out confirmation. Horrible.nIf you want, please increase the amount but please maintain the minimum hygiene. Provide proper documents.
