I had booked it in Covid times and my booking included dinner and breakfast. The hotel did not provide for it. The room was very small and suffocating. The bedsheet and pillows were untidy. The washroom was very small. And there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.nApart from this, the hotel leaked my phone number and fake call were made to me asking rs 1000 in name of hotel saying oyo reservation will be cancelled and they'll get me the refund amount. And since the payment, no one answered my call .

You won't feel like staying here again once you have experienced this place. Staff doesn't want to help. They give you tap water without notifying, you might be assuming bottled water. Flush and other basic amenities don't work. Old and torn sheets. Damp walls. Ac stops working in an hour, and the receptionist knows the problem, still gives you that room. I will never come back here. Really bad experience with Oyo. Bad quality service. Location is okish, 10 min walk from main road/highway.

Booked this hotel through oyo app online. When we reached at hotel, the reception guy denied rooms if we had paid online, luckily I was in process to pay online. Than he insisted me to cancel the booking and take rooms directly saying that they won't give rooms to oyo customers. Finally we took rooms directly which were dirty. Washrooms were in worse condition with flush tanks outnof order and dirty condition. My advice, don't book this hotel.
