The experience was average. Had to call reception for everything, ex no water, no pressure in the washroom taps. Pretty dirty lenins. The location is the only positive. They have the potential to do better but are not.

We had to ask to change the linens. There was a bloodstain on the bedsheet. Suffered from the water supply issue. No hanger in the room. No cabs can come to the hotel due to its location. Paltan Bazar is a very crowded area. The only good thing was, they have a hot drinking water facility.

Ghatiya hotel h ek nmbr ka..nThere was a sound in the basement whole night due to which i couldn't sleep...nThe bedsheet are too dirtynHotel location wrong which gave in fab hotels

They don't even change the linen, I had to ask twice to get the pillow cover, bed sheet. No hagers in room. No water in bathroom whole night, no one at reception. Cab don't do go to the location its a crowded market.

No hangers in bathroom, bathroom taps were broken,( didnt give towels and drinking water , when asked they took long long time).nAnd if you came with 2 boys and 1 girl , they will not give you single room , they will ask you to buy 2 rooms
