The sales man of this particular Dell store is really nice. He asks about your exact need of laptop and suggest the best suited one. How ever I have noticed most the Dell store in dehradun always short of inventory.

This store makes sure to ensure the customer value chain.nnThe store manager, Mr Deepak, greets you in the best way and recommends the model that best suits your usage pattern. I found the store advising the best model a customer needs rather than picking money from your pockets suggesting higher priced variants.nThe authenticity of the store was highlighted when I was guided by him to purchase online in the light of ongoing offers.nnI was also provided assistance in ordering online thus eliminating incurring extra unnecessary cost in assembling. Again, thanks to Mr Deepak.nFinally, after receiving my laptop, they asked me to bring it to them for initial setup and Office, Antivirus activation.
