Amazing experience. I attended many weddings and other office client meetings here. Every penny you pay is worth it and especially the food/ cuisine is diverse and is equally tasty.nnThe staff is very cooperative. There is a bit of parking issue if we talk about a gathering of around 500 people or so, but still; when you experience the service, you forget that this was an issue.

..Attended a reception ...Food is ud83dudd25ud83dudd25.. Every dish was tasty & yummyud83dudc96...Better food quality than many good hotels of Guwahati..Must try for foodies!

It was nice being there although it was marriage function ..hotel environment it good.

Located in Pan Bazar Guwahati, it appears modern and the food is very good. I ordered the mutton and rotis and it was amazingly tasty. The personnel make you very comfortable and serve with a genuine smile. If you have work at Paan Bazar, this is the place to stay and avoid the famous Guwahati trafficnUpdate as on 5th Feb 21- this hotel has slowly but steadily de grown in terms of its services and facilities. No doubt, they gave me a very good room overseeing the pond and the mountain, but while taking bath the entire washroom gets wet simply bcoz there is no partition to stop the water flowing from the glass cubicle to the floor near the commode.nI ordered for a gosht tarkari which is supposed to be boneless mutton but there were bones in almost every piece. Pictures speak louder. The breakfast is lousy.nThere is ongoing work and ideally it should happen when no guests are staying or the guests should be allocated different floors. It didn’t happen and that’s another bone of contention.nI still abide by the fact that the personnel are great assets to this hotel.

Landed at Guwahati on 27th March for my holidays to Tawang. The hotel is situated at a good location but they did not provide the basic amenities like towels, shaving kit, detal kit, slippers, etc. For every thing from a spoon to a glass, you need to dial the room service. Further, for clearance a minimum of 3 to 4 calls is required to be made. They need to focus more on customer service to maintain business in this competitive market.
