They takes too much making charges
Best Service
Beautiful designs and very good public handling. They explained everything with cost and grams in detail to us. Ambience is excellent.
They have nice collections but levy very high making charges. Always ask for discounts on making charges. Usually they will oblige and reduce making charges by 5 to 6 percent. Malabar jewellers also offers free 1 year theft insurance on jewellery purchased from them. They also take old jewellery. All the jewellery here is hall marked.
I wish there would be option of No Star. It's worse when you ask for services. I had worst experience when it came to replacement of defective piece. No one listens at the showroom, and customer service is worst. This is last time I would visit to this brand rather give 2% or 3% extra on making charge where al least I can get better services.nI wish my post published publicly. DON'T VISIT HERE.
