Everyone has their own needs in life and the satisfaction of meeting the basic needs of others always brings great joy. We can have that experienced at Kasturba Goshale at Arasikeri. It is not just a well-built and profitable cattle shelter. The people accross Karnataka and other states of India admit injured, orphaned, elderly disabled cattles and male calves at Goshale(byre). All such cattles have been revived with the sincere effort and loving care taken by the operating team and have began a new life at Goshale. Currently 350 plus such cattles sheltered at Goshale.
I got an opportunity to visit such a beautiful place with our social service team "Nithya-Karasevakaru", Puttur. The team has volunteered many activities across Karnataka. On 23rd August 2020, the team visited to Goshala with tons of Banana and cow feed. The Goshale operating team welcomed us with the great hospitality and gave wonderful opportunity to feed the cattles. We got a great opportunity to serve and spend a beautiful time with cattles in the Goshale.
The Goshale trust works with the concept of "Do good, Good will come to you." Basically they do not expect anyhing from anybody. But it is our duty to do whatever we can and be part of such beautiful hands. It offers new good life, new hopes, a healthier food and a better stay for some lives.
