We had Engagement ceremony organized at Surya palace and I must say that it was a great experience. Starting from Director, managers and staff members, all were very cooperative, courteous and supportive. Food, arrangements, decorations, safety measures for COVID were very well taken care of. The location of hotel is pristine and convenient for all the guests. Highly recommend to shut eyes and step into the door of Surya Palace for any occasion.nnThank you all.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city, right next to a bridge making it convenient to travel anywhere around. It's more of a 4* category hotel than advertised as a five star. Rooms are fine, bit dated though. Restaurant is nice with well attentive staff. Only issue I faced was the constant moving of furniture the two days I was there. Had to complain everytime to the front desk to have it stopped. Don't think the staff have been trained to keep noise at the minimum in order not to disturb the guests.
