The way of treating customer is well performed by the hotel management. Its so well decorated and beautiful place. One can go there for lunch, dinner . Must have good food and stay here.

I have recently checked in this Hotel, The facilities and the hospitality provided is fine. But few things literally make me anger i.e. there is no hot water geysar facility and literally they have served the same dish for both breakfast and dinner for a weak infact I believe that they haven't served the stale food. Being such a popular hotel, I felt really annoyed for the food experience and didn't expect this kind of treatment despite and sincerely doesn't recommend this hotel to stay If someone wish for good food as you can get the delicious food items at outside/roadside.
