Nothing less than goons and cheats! They had the audacity to get me off my Ola and threatened my Ola driver too. Not at all safe, rude af and not worth a single penny!

They have disguised themselves into taxi drivers because of the profession they choose early in life, but what actually they are, are local goons who don't even think twice before threatening you openly without any remorse. I understand that, why are they doing this because the new Ola service in shimla has cut their income but this is no solution. I'll breif you my first hand experience, I was already in my Ola and they pulled me out threatened us both and were adamant that if I want to book a cab, it should be only their's and then obviously they can demand any numerals from me according to their sweet will, which happened to be 400, mind you for which I had to pay 140 in my first cab. I'll try and bring this to the officials so that other innocents are not affected from their wrath.

They provide the worst taxi services in shimla. They openly threaten the costumers who try to book taxi from somewhere else and do not allow the other taxi operators to pick the costumers from ISBT. The rates are extremely high.nNot at all safe.

Pathetic services.Called for taxi at 4 O'clock to catch a bus at 5.15 AM. The taxi guy called at 5 am despite contacting 2 times. How efficient of them. I would have given negative stars but there is no such option at Google reviews.

Had the worst experience with them. All they do is misbehave with their customers and openly threaten other taxi operators.
