The rooms were quite clean. Staff was extremely welcoming and the atmosphere was nice. The services provided were more than we could ask for. All over we had a great experience and would 10/10 recommend this to everyone and anyone.

Great place, walking distance to Mall road, very peaceful. Owner and caretaker are very friendly and prompt. Loved our stay here. Food is great!

Crossroads is situated in centre of Shimla. 5mins walk to mall road with ample parking. Rooms are nicely done and are very clean. Staff and owner are very friendly and hospitable. Thanks Crossroads for making our stay in Shimla comfortable. Surely we will visit again.
