Good place, steep climb. People on cycle, please be prepared to walk along with pushing your cycle, some climbs are very steep when if you take Atani Route...

Mini Ooty as the name suggests can be the closest thing to the famous place Ooty. With mist and natural greenery, a sense of solace prevails in your heart when you reach here. It is a nice place to visit and enjoy Thrissur town from an uphill. It is located near Poomala in Thrissur. Calm atmosphere, cooling wind and hill top view makes this destnation more awesome. Best time to visit this place is during monsoon season. The roads leading to this place are too steep, so you have to be careful if you are going by car

This place is just terrific. If you want to get away from a busy city and come here it is a short drive and the view you get of thrissur is incredible.nThe busy city and the paddy fields small clusters of housing here and there is just a good view.nDo come in the early morning or late evening.nThe seasons do have an impact on this palce.nThe only problem is that there junk and waste everywhere which is dumped by the people who are visiting there.

It is a small hill top. Can be reached by four wheelers. There is a small football ground along its side one could view the full Thrissur town. Best time to visit is during golden hours.
