Worthless and disgusting service, lack of knowledge on repairing computers, making customers fools, making customers pay for unnecessary repairs. Total disgrace for Dell company. Never give computers for servicing.

Worst service. I took my laptop which had some software issue by which i was not able to connect to internet and they said they cant figure out the issue also they dont have a service centre they gave my laptop to some other place and now the laptop which had only software issue is now having hardware issues.. keys in keyboard are not working, they changed my charger and speaker is useless now. I think they have changed the parts too. I asked them why the charger is different and they said it must be misplaced. Don't ever buy or do service from there.

Very bad experience. I asked for the the availability of stock over phone, and when I reached the showroom after their confrontation, they are telling no stock at all.

Worst service ever, took my laptop which had some power problem and they returned it with the WiFi adapter, speakers and card reader not working, store people don't know the basics of computers and are there only to rip off people. Please do not service your pc here
