We had a wonderful experience during our stay at fog. Staffs there are very good... The rooms were also nice... The location and facilities were really good. The staff ensured all safety protocols were followed and ensured maximum safety! Will definitely be back here the next time..

I had attended a function at this resort last week and the experience there was really horrible. First of all credit where it’s due, the ambience of the hotel was really beautiful and relaxing. The first and foremost thing was that the AC was not working in the hall of a so called “5 Star” hotel. We were fine with that as mistakes happen. But the way the staff reacted to the issue was really unprofessional. Since the AC was not working we asked for a 20% reduction from the real amount and they refused to do so. So we told that we will come after sometime and pay the amount since it was a marriage and the bride and groom has to be welcomed to the house. But they refused to let us go by closing the gates of the hotel and trapping us. The GM and the head staff of the hotel were really unprofessional and acted like goons. This is not the kind of experience I expected to receive from a 5 hotel. The food too was really expensive and really poor. My humble request to all is to please avoid this place in the future.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. I mention this at the cost of repetition that my stay was extremely comfortable. A beautiful hotel surrounded by wonderful staff in a great location.

This is the perfect place for you and your family to hang around. spacious rooms and very good service was provided by each and every staff that was seen during the stay. Mr Jomon the GM of the hotel also came by to talk to us and explain the facilities provided in the resort. I would suggest all my friends to go explore and stay at this place.
