We were here without pre-booking the room. So when the autowala took us here, I was kind of relieved after seeing the OYO board here. However, when they showed me the room, it actually made me rethink. It was 5 AM and I had my brother and wife with me. Hence, I didn't want to roam around with them again to find a hotel to stay and since our intend was just to get a room, get freshen up and leave for the wedding, I decided to take that room.nnPros:nThe folks at the reception were cool and friendly.nHe even reduced 150 bucks for us as we were gonna spend only few hours in there.nnCons:nThe bedsheet was having holes in it and anyone who see it first wouldn't like the place to be frank.nCleanliness is a concern as the bathroom towels weren't very clean.nEspecially since we are fighting Covid-19, I didn't see any measures taken from a cleanliness perspective other than the mandatory precautions like temperature check and the sanitizer bottle at the reception.nnThis is my true feedback based on the experience.

Budget place to stay. Situated in the heart of the kottayam town. Have enough space for parking vehicles. Both air conditioned and non air conditioned rooms available. Free WiFi access is available in public areas of the property. Each room here will provide you with a seating area and satellite channels. Private bathroom also comes with a shower. Extras include a desk, ironing facilities and a fan.nnAt Day Springs Executive Rooms you will find a 24-hour front desk. Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk and an ironing service. The property offers free parking.nnThe hotel is 10.7 km from Ettumanoor Mahadeva Temple. The Kottayam Railway Station is 3 km while the Cochin International Airport is 90 km away.

Very nice place....good atmosphere, well hygenic,excellent staff behaviour and services.....over all a very nice stay....really enjoyed
