Pathetic customerservice. i am also a customer service professional ,when I approach the bank for a mudra loan the way they deal that's not the right way ..firstly the banker talk only in english as he know that I am looking for a loan .He think that if he start to talk english we will leave the premises..ud83dude00Naresh you are a bad example for a customer service professional and you don't have any right to ask about my experiences..and if you want to know about that ask me to submit the project report and details I can explain everything there that's the right waynAt the end.. this month we are very busy due to auditing come next month we will.see......I ask for a staff who can speak malayalam he said they don't have ..ud83dude00ud83dude00ud83dude00may be all from Europe...And the bank name is union bank of india...u should change the name if you don't have one..
