Twice I purchased laptop from this store and from a-z they helped in each process till the claiming of goodies.! specially Eqbal was really helpful throughout the process. Visited to get my battery replaced and I am satisfied by the service. One star less because I had to wait for the bill for another 20 minutes. The accounts guys probably have been slacking off..ud83dude01.

I was hoaxed by the executive there to think that they were doing authorised services. I inquired beforehand and they said the same. I had bought a laptop and I needed to extend the HDD capacity and to not vood the warranty I decided to expand it from an authorised service centre and I sought them out. They did the job and after that the laptop had some other issues not because of their inexperience but other issues. But this time I decided to bring it to another service center within my locality and that's when I was told that the first one i.e this one was fake and not authorised per se. I would advise evryone to check the authenticity before approaching this store.

Beware of fraud showroom guys.nnDont blindly purchase laptops from there. Compare their products with other brands or even from other showroom of dell.nDont believe in their offers.nAsk bills at the time of purchasing itself.

Like it, but if you decide to take the product in finance way it would take time, maybe one or two days. Even though customer service is good. They know each and every detail of a product. So one of the best place to buy dell products.
