Too good service provided by them.n1st car rental company i had seen they provide Audi & bmw to me for self drive

Not good it's been more then 5 days but didn't get my refund yet they only giving dates tomorrow and tomorrow very disappointed.

These guys are extremely unprofessional. After taking a booking they did not pick up the phone. Not present at the office. We had to wait an hour at the shop to catch the owner and then the car was not ready. It took him 3 hours to get the car ready. Height of unprofessionalism.

Have tried to book a car with them since one week but have not yet been able to. Have spoken to harsh and Sanjay many times but they could not even arrange a test drive of the vehicle I want to hire.

The owner Divyapratap is very helpful. He arranged me the car i wanted. The condition of the vehicle was good. The experience was hassle free. It was better than any other rental services as there is human interaction and personalization is possible. Everyone in their staff is good and friendly.
