16th century built monument, gazing at the city of Narsingadh. Structure is in tatters but beauty still holds strong. One can spend whole day here. The only downside is parking is non existent and road till fort is non existent. Don't take edibles there, few monkeys live in fort and they might be a problem for you. 20rs is the entrance fee.

This city is called the city of minerals as there are a lot of minerals left on the shores of this city by flowing water. Called as the natural spa this place has tourism as one of its major industries. People come to this place all the time and prefer bathing in its fresh as well as natural water. Pamukalle is a Turkish word which means 'a castle of cotton'. This area has been declared as the world heritage sites and you won't be able to find full-fledged hotels in this area. However, this location has a beautiful scenic view and nature lovers must visit this place at least once in their lifetime.nnBest Time: Any month

Although the drive from Bhopal to Narsinghgarh town is excellent, the Google directions to the fort are inadequate. There's a way by which one can drive up to the fort on a motorable road. But Google doesn't give the direction. Instead it takes you in a congested place from where one has to go on a very steep and stiff climb to the fort. This must be corrected in Google maps.nThe place is of historical importance. Rating for the place is top. I am giving rating for Google maps and directions.nnThe fort is more like a palace. It is quite majestic and spread over a large area. One can see beautiful views of the town and the lake from the fort. However the fort is typically neglected archaeological site. Lots of undesirable writings on walls restrict photo opportunities. There is no information available at the site. We went on a Sunday and there was a single guard for such a big monument. Lot of plastic and other litters can be seen.nI wish more is done by various agencies to preserve this beautiful monument.
