I had Bank recovery for default in loan. After discussing issue with senior lawyers, I filed case with DRT Mumbai where they argued very effectively that I got stay order without payment of single rupees. Good knowledge of bank recovery cases and expert in a case in hand.

I am businessman and sells goods to my customers. Some customers defaulted in payment even after 2 yrs did not paid. Then I consulted senior advocate Sagar Shaikh and as per advise, took the cheque from defaulting customer. After the cheque bounce, I issued strong legal notice to defaulter customer and within 15 days, the customer contacted me and paid full outstanding by NEFT...........this kind of legal service is need of an hour....must for every businessman
