Worst staff behaviour and customer service, they themselves don't know that who can solve the customer's problem. They simply suggest to call customer service. How this is even going to help that the person standing in main branch have to call customer care to solve problem. Even the person working in credit card department don't know the types of charges has applied. Of you know nothing then why are you even working in a bank? You are not Jon snow who allowed to know nothing.

Please don't open saving account in axis bank. They charge monthly if you not maintain account balance. Staff behaviour is worst
