They dont know how to talk properly and have very limited knowledge about pets. They charge too much for the pet products which we can get at a lesser price in other pet stores. Also they show as if they are very busy when you converse with them. Disappointed.

We bought a Shih Tzu puppy from this store. It was too young to be adopted. The owner told us that it was of 45 days but the vet confirmed that it was much younger. They lied about its age and vaccination records. When we asked them for the certificate there was no response from the owner. Apparently the pup was ill when we bought her. They even told us not to consult any other doctor regarding the pup's health. We eventually lost the puppy and it was a dreadful experience. A huge FRAUDULENT STORE in the city. DO NOT GET A PET FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE FOOLED AND UNDERGO THE SAME PAINFUL EXPERIENCE.

This shop is very flop, very less varieties of fish and all are very expensive. I stay in shillong and came to Guwahati to visit my grandmother, so I went to this shop near. In Shillong fishes are cheaper. Guppies there are30rs pair and guppies here are 50 pair and they were very small and sick. Plus the workers there don't even give attention, I asked a lady what was the price of the flower horn and 5secs later she called a person to say the price.*TATTI*
