If i had an option for giving it a six star, i will go for that. Breakfast island is all about the adventure you want to feel at least once in your lifetime. It is named so as British were coming here to have their breakfast... Now It's just an Building like structure here, i don’t know what is it. But surely enough this is a must watch spot for any traveller coming to Chilka. Don't spoil your money by going Bird Islands, before booking a Ferry, you have to ask the local bodies, they are too much helpful.nnApproaching towards Breakfast Island, the water slowly turns Greenish from Bluish Green from Blue. This is too much sightly to anyone who can feel that change. Entering in the Island i.e in the house there, you may feel that the house also moving, that's the real feeling. To me This is best part of travelling Chilka Lake. From OTDC PANTHANIVAS at Rambha you can book the Ferry for going and enjoying the scenic beauty.

Its no island, just a small room with a allround view of the lagoon, in the heart of Chilka, near Rambha. A viewpoint only, where you can spend at most 15-20 mins.

The island was made before independence. The kings were used to come here for spent their time.
