This small resort is quite close to the beach having a very good location ( being very close to the iconic lighthouse as well), except that rooms are not sea view. Rooms are very clean including the toilet. It has a nice attached lawn/ garden where you can enjoy your morning tea and the kids can play. Had a small private parking for 3 to 4 cars. The food offered is delicious in taste. As the manager was unwell, the owner Mr. Dutta himself was preasent to look after the guests and the renovation work, and took personalized care of us, and even had called us later to know whether we have safely reached home, which we appreciated a lot. Things can be improved by providing a small toiletry kit at this price point of Rs. 2850 for a family room in March(they did provide toilet soaps and clean towel).Staff were polite in nature. Enjoyed our stay here, sleep quality was good, and shall recommend to a potential traveller who considers this hotel for his/ her stay.

Not professional and too much money oriented..we booked 3 rooms 3500/-for 2 room and 2200/-for one room ..nIn terms of hotel here is my feedback..nCons:n1. Rooms were not clean..n2. No bathing kit or no hand washing kit or anything givenn3. No outside food allowed in the hotel and Hotel food price is high compared to the qualityn4. Less staff no ..so you have to wait for everythingn5. Price were high and most of the room has no ventilation .nnProsnOnly good thing is it's nearer to beachnnSo next time given the price if I have other option i would choose the other one.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, staff behavior is very good neat and clean rooms and quality and the price are good and reasonable
