My music system got locked and it was asking for authentication key. I called up Renault service centre Patiala. Mr Balkar attended the call and gave the authentication key within 5 mins. Thanks a lot and kudos to the professional team.

This is overall a good and cozy place. Every car owner would like to have car in it's best that requires regular service and proper maintenance and authorised dealers are best at that. Renault service station at Bhadurgarh is really a nice place as it offers comfort if you wanna stay. This place is clean and you can constantly have an eye on your car's progress and directly talk to mechanic working on your car. It provides hassle free conversation between mechanic and customer. Overall this is a good cozy place and has friendly staff.

On the Patiala-Rajpura 4 lane highway.Just 500m from toll plaza towards Patiala.Toll can be saved by travelling from patiala a distance of around 15km from ISBT .Service facility for all Renault vehicles but issue with availability of specific spare parts.

Very bad services, every visit all staff is new, I request to owner look in to the matter, I have made a complaint previously also, but no action taken, I got a call from jalandhar, a lady was promosing that at next visit you will get all the improvements. I wl prefer services from outside machanics despite the fact my vehicle is u der warranty. They are not entertaining parts covered under warranty.
