Temple in the midst of scenic beauty. Very tranquil. The preceptor does puje on Kaalabhairavaashtami. The deciples and devotees draw rangoli and decorate the entire premises with mango leaves and flowers. Flat screens are set up to telecast the puje to the devotees that throng piously. One forgets the hustle and bustle of the world and becomes one with the nature.

🙏🙏🙏 The temple for the guarding deity ksetra pala, situated in the eastern direction of Sringeri, was consecrated by Sri Shankara. The kAlabhairava idol is a small ... Feel relaxed and to meditate for a long period. Around the area feel that you are in the midst of Nature. Totally nice temple and elegant view 👌👍

This is one of the shetra balakas or the security guard for Sringeri. It is like all other bhairavas in many places. The main difference is it is in a small hill with green lush trees and garden set up and is in Sringeri the holy place of many Hindus. Presently a ramp like structure is there to reach temple and I was told that road is under construction to reach temple straight. This is in Narasimha vanam and close to the abode of maha sannithanams which is named as guru nivas ( guru means teacher or Acharya and nivas means the normal place of residence.
