OMG , The worst place on planet to purchase. Staff is arrogant, rude and useless. Better Don't ask for tailor, they never listen to customers , spoil yr fabrics and don't admit. Its unbearable specially when online platforms are offering wide range of products at 50 to 60% off including Raymond, Arrow VanHeusan and Louis Phillipe . Strongly not recommended.

Most poor experience we have faced with this exclusive showroom. Zero customer centric. They don't have proper swapping machine. They don't have proper tailor, even they don't feel sorry if they have done any mistake... Worse Raymond Showroom ever I have seen... They are not worthy to take my one STAR rating also... I don't know how Raymond give their distributionship to such people...
