It is a great place for sitting near water and enjoying the cold breeze , the flag has added an extra star to that place , it's gives such a soothing vibe ,but little crowded on weekends . People need to not make that place in garbage . Buy throwing garbage they are reducing the beauty of it . Such a beautiful place need to be kept as beautiful as it is.

It is very nice to see a fountain but it usually don't work it always stay closednThey just built it it doesn't worknThey put it on work on special occasions,nAnd it's not very nice.nThis fountain only work on new years or when any special guest come to visit this place.nBasically they are just fooling around and saying it's fountain, it basically the closed fountain.
