This review is for Volvo service from varVaran to Lucknow:nThe most terrible bus service in the entire nation. No liability towards the customers. The buses tend to stop or pass by bus stops on their own accord. People tend to miss buses because the crew decided not to show up at the bus stop. Front few seats are not worth booking because the conductor and his assistant sleep on them and spread their seats without worrying about the convenience of passengers. No direction or aid given by the bus station enquiry operators because either they don't know what's going on or just don't care. That too if the 'network congestion' gives way once in a blue moon to let your call through. This is the most despicable experience of a bus journey.
