Poor customer service (NRO account). Unable to transfer fund because unable to get code. Nobody answers to phone calls.
This is one of the worst branch among axis bank...nIt takes 48hrs+ to clear a cheque from same bank to axis.nWorst customer service and worst employees. They just don't have the basic sense of urgency.nif any one contradict my views pls feel free to mail me.
Worst bank. The staff will misguide you confidently and shamelessly. They care the least about customers. I used to think axis bank was professional in customer service. But this branch changed my thoughts. Stay well clear of this branch especially.
