Booked a room here for my father as per OYO recommendation on call for Good hotel in Haridwar which turned out to be a big big BLUNDER!!!nMy Dad reached there at 9:30 pm on 18th Dec 2020 and i have managed to book a Room for him with Dinner and Breakfast. Upon arrival there was no parking space and the Staff is really insensitive, non coperative and not at all customer oriented they just don't make any efforts and say NO very Bluntly.nnSurprisingly that was only a glimpse of there pathetic services it was a really foggy day and upon arrival he came to know that there kitchen is on tender and closes as early as 9:00 pm.... Whatt? Seriously?nActually it was our mistake we here in Delhi thinks 9:00 pm is the Dinner starting time and you get it anytime after that But there folks just denied bluntly and it was a major inconvenience for my Dad which i feel really sad about he had to go outside juat bcoz of these rascals in the cold to some restaurant near Bus stand to eat if it were me i would have hung these Bas**rds story wouldn't end here actuallynnNext day they knocked his room really early in this time of winters i would like all to know here that my Dad is 60+ yrs old. My Dad got surprised again requested them to hold the breakfast a bit as he only eats after bathing when he called again for Breakfast guess what?nKITCHEN IS CLOSED!!!nnI think customer orientation is a way to go right now in business and these Creatures are just plain Bas**rds.nnI will not spare them and OYO for such a fraud and inconvenience.nnI would suggest everyone to stay Away from this Hotel. Is it Really a Hotel or just a ADDA to Rob people. I don't kow.

Very good hotel, very good room service. Room and washroom are decent with good infrastructure. Location is also very good. Vehicles are easily available from this place.
