ADDITIONAL INFO: The owner seems pretty daft. After his response, it's evident that he only knows how to speak indecently, especially to women and his small mindedness is apparent. After replying to my husband's review, acknowledging that I am his wife, he still goes on about unmarried couples. Thanks for calling me names Mr. Manager, you just proved my point that your establishment is indeed rubbish and you are, by far, the worst manager. If you're worried about ratings, I suggest you learn to be polite to customers. Don't display your ignorance. You can now abuse me however much you want. I am signing off. You're a disgusting man. Shame on you and your attitude.n-------nnREVIEW BEFORE MANAGER RESPONSE: This is the worst place in Raigarh and I suggest no one comes to stay here! The staff and manager are rude. My husband and I came here for work and weren’t allowed in because the address on both our aadhar cards was different (they were made in different cities). They demand proof of marriage and won’t refund the money either. They refuse to give a solution and the reception staff blatantly ignores you if you try to reason with them. A hotel full of thugs. Rubbish place. Dingy hotel. Go Ibibo should sue these guys. Shame on you Hotel Season 4 and Go Ibibo.

Lovely n best value for money hotel in whole Raigarh. The food quality was good and also the best in class service. 24x7 available for service or helping you. Clean room big space.

Extremely bad experience. Very rude staff. Didn't allow us in because my wife and I have different addresses on our aadhar cards. I tried to reason with the manager calmly, but he started yelling at the other end. We had come here for a shoot and wasted the first half of the day because of this. The receptionist was unresponsive when we asked for help and just didn't care. Never coming back to this hotel. There are better and kinder hotels around the vicinity.
