Nice hospitality, good and friendly staff.I went with my couple without any problem totally it's safe for unmarried couples also you can also go with your friends for hangout or weekend parties

Rooms were good....but room service is worst...there is no guy for doing room service which was a horrific experience to me....

Room was good. Very limited space for parking. Faced minor issue with hot water although they arranged for immersion water heater rod for us. Had to request/follow up twice for towels, tv remote, etc. My objective to stay here was to take a break for sleep during transit and hence nothing much to complain. However for longer duration of stay one can try better hotels at Kakinada (if possible) as this one is located in samalkota town which is away and hardly has 2-3 hotels to stay.
