Stayed here for 4 nights.nThe following is my experience. I selected this place for myself and my colleague for a work related assignment. I checked all the standard reviews and photos of the place and decided it was a good one.nhowever, none of the photos which are displayed either on google or goibibo reviews are representative of the actual conditions of the hotel, a better name would be an overpriced lodge. this hotel, in comparison to what features are offered and to what others offer, perhaps should cost not more than ₹500 instead of the approx ₹1.5k charged presently. some of the pain points are the following,n1. cockroaches in the roomn2. water bottles are chargedn3. if you took the room with complementary breakfast, they buy food from a nearby cheap shop which is probably worth not more than ₹20.n4. they can manually switch off your AC in your room from their receptionn5. bathrooms are cloggedn6. people smoke on the corridor and ash trays are provided.n7. if you need hot water, you need to call the reception and they will deliver it in a bucket. no heaters in the room.nwell, good luck, if you still book this room after reading the whole story.

A good place to stay for the night. Owner is flexiable. I would recommend this for revisit.

Great stay at the prime location of the city.can go anywhere easily.everything available in and around.service is good.would prefer if you are looking for a budget hotel

Oyo Residency which is opposite to Chandana brothers shopping mall. Rooms are fine provided with TV, AC and Hot water is provided on demand. Two persons per room. Drinking water is available in ground floor. But there is no Lift.
