First thing when arriving at the hotel, a dirty diaper right in front of the front door. So much for a first impression. The corridors going to the rooms are absolutely filthy and made me sick. The room looked like it had not been cleaned for a year. There were stains on the blanket, mattress, mold and insects. The toilet needs to be destroyed and remade. If there is one thing good about this hotel, is the food! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything else, made me want to puke.

No customer care. Poor arrangement of buffet breakfast. Don't even reply when kept mails regarding complaints. Sub standard staff and quality of food. Rooms good for stay.

The Manager and his team is crook as somehow by mistake we made a payment of 9000 instead of 3000 and they kept on promising that we will refund and after two days of struggle they stop taking calls and reply on email. Sriniwas is the manager of the Hotel and he is the biggest looser and who believes in usurp money from innocent employees of corporates !!! Completely not at all recommended !!! Beware lots of mischievous activities happening inside the premises !!!
