No proper way to talk with customer

Worst Bus ever. Don't use this bus. I had booked MR Travels to return to Bangalore from Lonavala and this useless travels guy called me 3 hours before my journey and told me my ticket is cancelled and did not provide any alternate bus. And the worst part is when i tried booking some other bus I got option to select the same MR Travels bus again which cancelled my ticket. If the bus was not operating how did i get to select same bus again while booking 2nd time. Very Bad service. I had to take an extra day leave from office due to this stupid travels.
