The service center manager is too bad. He does not how to talk with customers. And the staff is unreasonable person.

I bought a bike from here i.e Royal Enfield classic 350. Since then my pollution update hasn't been done in RTO office due to which I'm facing problem of paying fine everywhere I go. Also I've submitted all the required documents for my pollution update but no update has been done. Also the service is horrible and the authorized people aren't answering my calls. I'm out of station right now so I expect the job to be done but the service provided hasn't been of any help. Very disappointed.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

The massive showroom at pachimpali kishanganj welcomes the customers with pleasant surprise and as soon as a customer enters the showroom one of the show room assistant approaches and give guidance on the products.nnThey have their finance people sitting in the show room and explain various plans of financing the bike.nnStaff were very courteous to behave with their customers in a polite manner.
