We always enjoy this zoo - not too big or too small. Single and double rented strollers are reasonably priced - would be nice to have more sights available on the train - and the trolley is now shut down. Be prepared to walk about half a mile to get to the actual zoo from the entrance. Free parking available, which is nice. Otherwise, normal zoo stuff - food is priced pretty high & lots of walking for exhibits. The kids enjoy feeding the giraffes & they have a couple of indoor AC exhibits *polar bears and chimpanzees* - which is a nice break.

Had a great visit. It is handicapped accessible but found myself doing stairs at certain points because the handicapped accessible ramps seemed farther away or less convenient. The hill trek to and from the entrance to the exhibits is not to be overlooked. But there are lots of benches and rest spots along the whole zoo route. Wheelchairs are available for rental. Handicapped parking is right near the entrance.nnThe animals and their habitats are amazing. The zoo for being a home to amazing animals is great! So many baby animals on display. We spent the whole day there! The large habitats have large viewing areas to spread out the crowds. I am definitely returning!nnWe brought lunch, so I don't know what the food venue is like. But they do serve beer and soft pretzels throughout the park... but couldn't find a cup of coffee.

It's HUGE! You need a whole day to see everything and be sure to wear comfortable shoes because there are lots of slopes and stairs. The food was good, (pricey but good). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule my reservation and they waived the fee for me. I will definitely be back very soon!

We had an outstanding time! Every one of the staff were very accommodating and took time to address our questions and provide us with answers to our many questions while they fed the animals or serviced their living spaces. Marty spent 20minutes patiently answering our questions and providing us with all the knowledge we could ask for about the animals. All the animals were up and moving about, they looked happy and healthy. All around really great zoo, animals, and staff. Can't wait to come back.
