We are vacationing on the Space Coast, and took a break from the beach to visit Brevard Zoo. We had a fantastic day! I love the way the zoo is laid out. It is set up so that you have the opportunity to view the animals from several different vantage points, making sure no matter where the animals are you are able to see them. We have fed giraffes in several different zoos, and the feeding experience at Brevard Zoo is by far a top experience (and great value). A visit to paws on water area at the end of our day was a perfect way for the kids to cool off and finish up the visit. We can't wait to return when the kids are old enough to do the kayak experience. Overall I highly recommend visiting

The food and staff are top notch! The staff is so nice at this cafe. Ashley helped me and my family and was the sweetest. The food is absolutely amazing! It’s always fresh and you can’t go wrong with anything you chose on the menu. I would highly recommend coming here with your family for lunch over any of the rest I around the area. We always make sure we come hungry when we visit this zoo!

Always fun to take my sons here. Today me and my youngest went. Make sure to bring quarters you can feed the fish, turtles, and the black swan there too. Admission is based on the time on your ticket. You can't get in any sooner. Prices on food and drink are a little high, but there are two different concessions. I recommend trying the one that has pizza. It is near the entrance in the splash zone, goat feeding, and playground. One can feed 2 people and is yummy. Also have ice cream and dip n dots. Animals are always a joy to see. The zoo is improving every day. Been coming here since I was little so a ton of changes since I was little.

Great exhibits, and a great environment for the whole family. The train ride allows for you to get up close with the wildlife while the kayak trip gives you a completely different view of the habitats! A small water park for the little ones and food always around the corner. The staff was very friendly and would answer any questions. Would recommend to all! Great knowing there are places for rescued animals that can't be released in the wild to go and live their lives!

I will say, I have been to a fair share of zoos in my life, and this definitely ranks as one of my favorites! My boyfriend and I had such a special experience! We loved feeding the lorakeets. The enclosures are great: spacious, interesting for the animals, with plenty of real plants. The majority of the animals were active. (The jaguars were awesome to watch!) We even witnessed a few training sessions! (With some huge fish and a couple of monkeys!) Oh, and they also offer the chance to feed giraffes and see the African animals while paddling a kayak! Very cool experience! Highly recommended! (They have RV parking!) And what's extra cool is that you can catch a rocket launch the next morning, as Cape Canaveral is just a few miles away!
