Lovkush is the owner , he took 5000 rs as an advance to book 4 travellers , he cancelled the booking mentioning that sorry we will not be able to provide the service , it's been more than 25 days he has not returned the money and not even picking the calls..nHe is fraud , don't go with their services

Hopeless services. The drivers and owners both are careless and irresponsible. My cab was booked for time 1:30 and none of them picked the call till 2:45.... And at last they try to postpone the schedule for next day according to their convenience. Never on time

Worse experience, I called them for cab booking to chapra even i paid them 500rs advance ,even they don't give me confirmation call ,apart from that I call them many time to make my booking confirm, the day I have booking no body even call me to take confirmation and the end of the day they cancelled my booking.nThe guy was interacting with me he was not professional in talking also.nI request all of people from patna to don't go with opal cab.. there is many options in patna.nnWorse...

The ride was booked for 1:30. None of them picked the call till 2:40 and neither reverted. Worst service I have ever seen. Such services should be immediately shut down.
